Lot 44 Coffee’s flagship coffee bar is located in downtown Los Angeles, on Gallery Row in the Douglas Loft building. In addition to our coffee bar seating we have a 2,500 sq foot natural light atrium with a relaxed park-like setting. The atrium will also feature community events such as art, workshops, and acoustic music. The atrium is also available for catered events and rental.
Lot 44 Coffee features a cup bar, the first of it's kind in Los Angeles. We have a menu of the finest organic, fair trade, pesticide free, estate and small lot coffees. All of these coffees are available fresh brewed to order by the cup, everyday, with your choice of steamed milk, soy or rice milk. Our coffees are brewed by hand (not machine) and are custom made to your specifications. All of our coffees are roasted by a master roaster, in small batches to bring out the best flavor inherent in that particular bean. Thus, you will notice our coffees have different roasts unlike many of our competitors who are known for one similar roast on all their coffees.
Our handcrafted espresso beverages are not made with an automatic machine where you push a button (the favorite of corporate coffee). They are skillfully made, old school, where the barista is trained to pull a properly extracted shot and milk steamed to a frothy perfection.
Our pastries are all natural, no preservatives, and are baked fresh daily. When possible, ingredients are sourced locally. All of our sandwiches are organic.
We look forward to seeing you down at the coffee bar soon!
